Monitoring of Human Rights:

The main task of Freedom For All Nepal will be to protect and promote human rights in the country and to monitor whether or not the people have experienced a guarantee of human rights and how sensitive the state is in protecting and respecting it. FAN will develop human rights defenders by facilitating them with training given by trainers who are experts in human rights, laws, and fair information. And it aims to mobilize those trained human rights defenders at the local level.

Likewise, the human rights defenders will have an important contribution to develop human rights as a culture in society. And they will also be obliged to institutionalize the rights and freedom of the citizens to make all levels of the state accountable in respect of human rights. Our trained human rights defenders will monitor the human rights situation of an individual's civil, political, economic, socio-cultural, and religious rights, especially of those communities who are marginalized, minorities, and deprived of human rights. Human rights defenders will systematically document the incidents of human rights violations by emphasizing where, how, who, and of what nature.
